I have purchased and received the change Checker album the pre ’97 50p and & £2 cards, and I am loving these. I have just placed an order for ‘ the last round pound’ to add to the collection. I have signed up for the £1 race already a few weeks ago but have foolishly just seen the £25 kit after purchasing the parts separately. I was wondering if i would be able to get a hold of the extra bits in this kit please? Namely the new £1 card and the medal ect. Please get back to me via e-mail. Thanks you.

Brought the complete The Great One Pound Coin Race pack……well fought I had brought the complete pack until it arrived and you don’t actually get the last round pound coin unless you buy it separately. The wording on the website is very deceiving, so if you are thinking of buying it bare this in mind!

I thought I would collect the £1 coins for fun but I’m not sure if I need to collect same coin design in different dates eg 2016 & 2017
Can anyone advise as this is all new to me .
    Thanks

Hi Tina, over the last 33 years there have been 24 different £1 coin designs that have entered circulation. Some of these designs were issued in multiple years. We would consider one of each design a complete collection. Hope this helps. Thanks, Yasmin

So if these £1 coins are valuable where do we sell them? I have 19 different kinds of the ones on the list. So where is best to offload them

eBay is probably your best bet.

I’m new to this coin collecting so if there is anyone who can guide me in the right direction.. are my coins of any value? Or have I been sucked in by the newspapers ☹️

I have 39 different £1 coins + 10 different dated £1 coins with shields on the back what good would your 24 card be . What would I do with the other 25 coins I have . I have bought a cabinet to put all my coins . I save £1 £2 and 50p coins

I like the sealed capsules. There is a bit of a design problem with the standard change checker pages in that the coins tend to fall out if the album is not handled correctly. I am tempted even though I have just spent a half day rearranging my £! coins in the traditional style album.

I have previously bought the change checker £1 collectors pages for my collection. Can I buy the completers medal independantly or do I need to purchase the kit you are suggesting to get one?
